XyRex Spray-Ice Trial with David Addison - Serenity BF 24

We used XyRex Spray-Ice on the iced prawns after the dipping process and were very impressed with the quality and freshness of our product. This reflected on our pack out result and most importantly our prices!

IMPORTANT

Do not spray directly onto the prawns, as this deminishes the Spray-Ice and dipping performance. Spray on the ice COVERING the prawns.
